Cyrah Austin Hawkins

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Cyrah Hawkins has obtained a BS degree in Criminal Justice, at Florida A&M University. While attending Florida A&M University, Hawkins held many student-leadership capacities on the campus and he was an advent dancer and choreographer within the infamous FAMU Strikers, an all-star dance and step organization. After graduating from FAMU, he decided to chase his dreams as a dancer and choreographer. He is currently enhancing his different aspects of dance at Millennium dance studio in North Hollywood CA, and Debbie Reynolds dance studio in North Hollywood CA. This allows him to gain further training in Hip-Hop dance styles as opposed to the high energy "urban soul" and step that the Strikers perform.

While on the campus of Florida A&M, Hawkins not only performed with the Strikers, but also his Fraternity, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Where he choreographed multiple step-show routines and won 3 competitions in his two years in his chapter to earn the title of "Step Master". Not only was Hawkins a proficient leader and performer within the Strikers and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, but he also was a commanding officer in his Army ROTC program and earned the title of fittest male. While recreationally participating in Intramural sports, he earned MVP in flag football,, and took home several track and field medals. Not only is Hawkins a phenomenal athlete but also a fiery orator, not only has he presided over meetings in his various organizations served as spokesperson, but he represented 13,000 students as Mr. Florida A&M University, the official student ambassador. Hawkins is a well rounded performer and is on the rise to being great in the dance world.
